Michael Hughes began his career in the insurance industry in 2022 and joined the agency in
2026. He sells Home insurance and Auto insurance, helping customers find coverage that
fits their needs while making the process clear and approachable. Michael enjoys the
variety each day brings and takes pride in building quick, genuine connections with the
people he works with.

His favorite part of the job is getting to talk with new people every day and learning their
stories. Outside of work, Michael is a huge sports fan and proudly supports the Pittsburgh
Steelers and the Los Angeles Lakers. Whether it’s game day or a casual conversation, his
enthusiasm for sports often makes for an easy connection with customers and teammates
alike.
