part of her role is resolving customer issues, helping customers find the right coverage, and helping them
receive the best value for their insurance needs. Her dedication to customer satisfaction makes her an

A lifelong hockey fan, Karen has a unique claim to fame—she’s touched the Stanley Cup! Even more
memorable, she had the chance to place her hand on the shoulder of Bruins goalie Tim Thomas as he held the coveted trophy. These unforgettable moments highlight her passion for the game and her love for the Bruins.
